Add ComicInfo bookmarks -> EPUB chapter support
Bookmarks from ComicRack's ComicInfo.xml are now converted to EPUB chapters. `Bookmark` is an attribute to the `Page` element in ComicInfo.xml. * Works with flat directory structure (no sub-folders support)
